Going Pro

I recently accepted a weblogging position over at Medscape’s medical student group weblog. It’s quite an interesting bunch of people from all over the world, and I’m happy to have the opportunity to contribute my relatively boring and preclinical experiences. Check it out for yourself.

Don’t worry. I’m staying here, too. The Medscape thing is a side thing. It pays pretty nicely too, and I’ve got a wedding to partly pay for, dammit!

  2. Hey - If you’re going to blog in the first place, why not do some of it for pay! By the way, how does one get invited to do such a thing???

  3. Pretty much like this.

BTW, she’s still looking for some others as far as I know, so if you’re interested it might be worthwhile to shoot her an email. (If you look hard enough, you can find it on the Medscape site.)

  4. Paid to blog? My meager academic salary could use some supplementation!
