Aha! Fixed! Turns out I didn’t have a line of code in my new theme’s footer.php template. You should have the line
< ?php wp_footer(); ?>just before the “/body” tag. That fixed everything for me. It wasn’t the WP2.5 upgrade, but the change in theme.
