Some Exciting News
A few weeks ago, I accepted a position with Medscape as the editor of The Learning Curve, the student and resident section of the Medscape Journal of Medicine, a great open-access medical journal and online medical resource, and as a medical student editorial board member of eMedicine, an open-access clinical reference site. I’m looking forward to getting to work! Open-access publishing, medical education, and writing have been interests of mine for the past several years, so I’m happy to have this opportunity to work in such a capacity.

WAY COOL! wOOt! CONGRATS!
I’m typing/sending this from my new DELL tablet pc & I love it!
Wow that’s really cool!
Hey Ben, that’s awesome! Congrats! I’ve definitely enjoyed reading your differential articles thus far, and I look forward to seeing your influence spread out into other parts of Medscape.
Thanks so much for the offer to answer more questions about Pritzker that you made on my blog. I was actually pretty surprised to see you comment there. Had you recognized me among your many interviewees? Using a myname@gmail.com address probably isn’t the most subtle way to go about the internet, but I’m guess candidates get kind of blended together after a while so maybe it went unnoticed.
cool! cool!
what a great chance to learn more about WebMD’s other offerings and to contribute to an open access world!
WAS!! Way Awe Some!! WebMD is a great site! Open access is what it’s all about. We’ve loved your blog on MedScape…we feel your pain!!!! Some of us have found some good stuff on another site too. Ustacks.com. Started by some med school students. Grass roots stuff. It has some good reviews.
