Congrats! I remember when I bought my first place. I was living/working in Urbana. My real estate agent came to my office to sign the offer contract. (I shared an office with my boss.) As soon as she (the agent) left, my boss started laughing hysterically. He said, "You have this look on your face that says, 'WTF have I just done?!'" You'll have those moments of panic. They pass.
