About
Hello.
I am a medical student at the University of Chicago pursuing an MD and a PhD in cancer biology. I also am, or have been at some point, a vocalist, an athlete, a drummer, a comedian, a published poet, a nun-humping primate with floppy ears, a teacher, a researcher, a bunch of grapes, a neologist, a guide, a banana, a volunteer, an inventor, a world traveler, a brother, a son, a confidant.
In 2004, I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in molecular and integrative physiology and a minor in chemistry. There, I was a member of No Strings Attached, a student-run and -directed jazz a cappella group. It was glorious. I am originally from Naperville, Illinois.
