IT was the bike the clinched the deal, right?! Congrats!
I remember when I bought my first place. I was living/working in Urbana. My real estate agent came to my office to sign the offer contract. (I shared an office with my boss.) As soon as she (the agent) left, my boss started laughing hysterically. He said, “You have this look on your face that says, ‘WTF have I just done?!’”
You’ll have those moments of panic. They pass.

Is that a sunroom? If so, you are definitely getting screen doors and it will be like that Seinfeld episode where Kramer gets screen doors and has a nice front-porch slice of Americana in his Manhattan apartment building.
